Visitors welcome! Bring your walking or running shoes, your sense of humour, a chair, a picnic set, and a torch!
Run fees are $10 for members which includes nosh (whether you eat or not) & a beverage (beer/wine/cider, soft drink). You will be provided with a drinks token when you pay your run fee. Run fees for visitors/non-members are also $10 but do not include a drink token. Drinks are also available at hash prices of $3 a beverage.
Runs typically start 5.30pm in Spring/Summer and 4.30- 500pm in Autumn/Winter. This may change for any run at the hare/s discretion depending on terrain, available light etc. Make sure you check the time.

Red Dress Charity Run

Start Location: Noosa Lions Park, cnr Noosa Drive/Parade, Noosa Heads
On Inn: As above
Run Fee: $10 members & non-members/visitors, bring extra $$$ for raffles to maximise takings for the night. Benificiary The Fred Hollows Foundation. Extra donations gratefully received.
Wear your best red dress or dress in red.
Bring a torch, possibly insect repellent, nosh kit & chair

- Please check the hareline and see when you are to set a run. If the date does not suit, arrange to swap with someone else and advise the Trailmaster by email. We’re looking for hares from late December onwards.
- We need to know your run location ASAP, no matter how far away it is.
- If you feel you need help to set a run, don’t hesitate to ask.
- Be a valuable member and do your bit.
- Nosh Allowance is $150 (Please try to keep within budget and submit receipts. If you think you will exceed the limit for special runs, exceptions may be made with the discretion of the Hash Cash/and or Hash Committee).
