Start: Peregian Springs Rec Club 222 The Avenue Peregian Springs

It is recommended that the rec club be approached from the roundabout near the Coles Peregian Springs shopping centre. Turn left into Ridgeview Drive, and after about 1KM turn right into The Avenue. The entrance is at the school zone sign. Park at the rear of the centre.
With the number of people shortcutting last week, the walk has been reduced to about 3.7 KM, with the run about 1 km longer. Much of the Trail is virgin territory.
